Purchases through xnqyjp.com are offered by Yongchun Zuoyu Trading Co., Ltd., trading as xnqyjp™. These terms apply alongside the product information and Shipping and Return & Refund Policies, subject to applicable consumer law.

Placing and accepting orders

You must be legally able to contract or have the necessary authorization. Provide accurate contact, delivery and payment details. An automated receipt acknowledges submission; acceptance occurs when we expressly accept or dispatch the order, subject to applicable law. If we cannot supply an item, we notify you and refund payment for the unfulfilled item.

Product information

Review the listing and supplied instructions for dimensions, included pieces, compatibility, materials and intended use. Display settings can affect photographic colors, but this does not excuse material misdescription. Mats, clothing and styling props are excluded unless expressly listed. No particular fitness result, therapeutic benefit, resistance rating or load capacity is promised unless expressly supported in the product specifications.

Price and payment

Review the checkout currency and final total before paying. Applicable shipping and taxes are shown where calculated by checkout. If a material pricing or listing error is identified, we contact you about available options rather than impose a changed price without your agreement.

Responsible product use

Use accessories only as instructed and inspect them for wear or damage. Exercise straps and resistance loops are not suitable for suspending the body or securing loads. Use sliding discs only on appropriate surfaces. Do not treat bolsters or knee pads as protective safety equipment or medical devices. Keep straps, small components and packaging away from children. Stop use if a product is damaged.

Delivery, cancellation and returns

Delivery availability, charges and stated estimates apply to the order. Contact us promptly about changes, delivery issues or returns. The separate Shipping and Return & Refund Policies describe the process; applicable mandatory protections take precedence.

Each party remains responsible under applicable law.
