Delivery availability and charges
We ship to destinations supported by checkout. Available services and charges are displayed before payment. If no service is offered for your address, contact us before ordering.
Preparation and estimated arrival
Orders are prepared after payment confirmation and any necessary verification. Processing is separate from carrier transit. Refer to any fulfillment and delivery estimates displayed for your order. If none are available and timing matters, contact us before purchase. Estimates may be affected by carrier disruption, customs, holidays or weather and are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed.
Packaging and separate shipments
Blocks, bolsters, rings, straps and bags differ in size and shape. Packing methods may vary, and items from one order may be sent in separate parcels. The shipping origin may differ from our business address. Only the pieces listed in the product description are supplied.
Tracking
When tracking is available, details are sent to your checkout email. A newly created label may not show movement immediately. Contact us with your order number if tracking remains inactive for an extended period or your parcel appears unusually delayed.
Address accuracy and changes
Review the recipient name, address, unit number, postal code and contact details before ordering. Request corrections promptly. Changes cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment progresses. Any proposed reshipping cost due to incorrect customer-provided information will be explained before arranging a new shipment.
Missing or lost deliveries
If a parcel is marked delivered but cannot be found, check the delivery area, household members and reception where appropriate, then contact us. We review the tracking and circumstances and provide a suitable remedy where required. A carrier scan alone does not automatically determine a claim.
Damage, incorrect items or missing pieces
Contact us promptly with your order number and photographs of the item and packaging where useful. Keep the packaging during review. Stop using a damaged accessory. Confirmed supply errors or transit damage attributable to our supply will be resolved through an appropriate replacement, refund or other agreed remedy without charging you for our error.
Customs and import charges
Costs included at checkout will be identified there. Other destination-imposed duties, taxes or carrier charges may be payable by the recipient unless otherwise stated. Contact us before purchase if you need clarification. Mandatory consumer rights remain applicable.
