Return & Refund Policy

Ordinary return window
For a change-of-mind return, email service@xnqyjp.com within 30 days after delivery with your order number and the items concerned. We will provide the return destination and instructions. Do not send items to our business address without instructions.
Condition of returned items
Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, unwashed, clean, complete and in their original packaging with supplied components and labels. Products used during exercise or showing perspiration, wear, stretching or alterations are not eligible for an ordinary change-of-mind return. These conditions do not limit rights relating to faulty, unsafe or misdescribed goods.
Return costs and packing
For a change-of-mind return, you pay reasonable return postage unless we agree otherwise. Keep proof of dispatch and package the item securely without compressing or bending it in a way that causes damage. If we supplied the wrong item or an item damaged or defective on arrival, we cover reasonable necessary return costs or arrange another suitable remedy.
Defects and delivery problems
Contact us promptly with an explanation and, where useful, photographs of the product and packaging. Stop using a damaged item. We assess the circumstances and provide the replacement, refund or other remedy required by applicable law. Such rights are not limited to the ordinary 30-day period or unused-item conditions.
Refund review and timing
We notify you after reviewing the return. Approved refunds are initiated within 10 business days after approval to the original payment method where possible. Banks or payment providers may require additional posting time. Original delivery charges are refunded when required by law or when the return results from our error; otherwise they are not refundable once the delivery service has been provided.
Exchanges and cancellation
Contact us about an exchange; availability is not guaranteed and a return with a new order may be required. Cancellation can only be accepted where fulfillment can still be stopped. We will explain available options before proceeding.
Mandatory consumer rights
Nothing in this policy removes applicable cancellation, warranty or consumer protection rights. Where mandatory law provides a longer period or different remedy, those requirements take precedence.
